How are you coping with 4 weeks of lock-down?

I don't know about you but I have rediscovered the joy of making bread. Unfortunately, I have also discovered the joy of eating it and that is not doing my waistline any good. So, I have started taking walks again and with some gardening that is helping. When this all kicked off, my body went into survival mode and I started comfort eating despite knowing that it wasn't really what I needed. The instinct was so strong that I found it really hard to stop. If you have been feeling the same way, give yourself a break and don't beat yourself up. You will get back to normal soon. In the meantime, try and ensure that what you are eating is healthy as well as nourishing for your body and soul. As a Reiki practitioner, I am sensitive to energy, and that has been one of the hardest challenges for me. I have been largely absent from social media and have tried to only watch a small section of news because the rest of the discussions are designed to fuel anxiety. In the meantime, enjoy the sunshine on your walks or in the garden and most of all enjoy the peace and quiet away from the hurly-burly of work.
